Anthony S.J. Radix

Anthony S.J. Radix was born on December 21,1934 to Ruth Radix and Norbert Thomas in Grenada W.I. and gained his wings on November 5, 2022, in Ocala Fl. As a young boy he had a love of sports and horses. In his hay day he was known as one of the fastest track and field runners on the island, gaining the nickname Delila. Tony as he was loving called, did a lot with his dash. From meeting his wife at the young age of ten, becoming a train Conductor in England to provide and raise his family, coming to New York and achieving a degree and career in X-Ray Technology as a technician, director, and teacher, and holding a degree in economics. In his retirement years he made his final home in Ocala, Fl. Father of four, but three with the love of his life. Those of us that were lucky enough to call him Dad couldn't have received more love, knowledge and wisdom anywhere else. For me, the baby of the bunch he taught me to not be afraid of nature, to capture and watch how a caterpillar would change and grow into a butterfly, I was taught independence and how to move with grace through this world. To appreciate always who I am, he taught me and my sibling's patience and resilience. Most of all he taught us how to live in this world. He and our Mom stood strong side by side giving the prime example of what true long-lasting love is and should be to the end. The joy of watching the teasing and care given to one another are true memories to cherish always. Our days and nights will be empty without you Daddy. Soar high with the Angels sending a guiding light for Mom, Yolande, Mark, and me forever. We love you beyond infinity. Rest In Heaven. Anthony Radix is survived by his beloved wife Esther Radix, Yolande Williams (daughter), Mark Radix I (son), Michelle Radix (daughter), April Radix (daughter-in-law), Jason Williams (grandson), Antonio Alexandro (grandson), Mark Radix II (grandson), TuDyuen Alexandro, Graziella Williams (gran daughters-in-law), Maili Alexandro, Alyssa Alexandro, Jasmine Williams, Lydia Williams (great granddaughters), Dora Radix (sister) and a host of nephews and nieces and friends. Son Michael Radix (deceased) went to glory on March 8, 2022
