Rodney Franklin White

Rodney Franklin White Age 79 of Dunnellon- Our loving husband, father and grandfather left our world on January 28, 2022 to be united with The Lord. Born October 8, 1942 in Elmira, New York. He was a high school graduate from Horseheads High School; Class of 1960. In 1964 he married Diana (Freeman) White. He moved his family to Florida in 1976. He was preceded in death by his parents; Milo and Marzetta White and his brother Larry White. He is survived by his wife Diana White of Dunnellon, his children Jeffery White of Dunnellon, Tony (Marilynn) White of Lakeland, Christina (Dennis) Messer of Ocala, brothers Mike (Linda) White of Valdosta, GA and Richard White of Lakeland. He has 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren with another on the way. Known as Ron or Ronnie, he loved people and never met a stranger. He was an avid bowler, fisherman and he Loved Jesus Christ. He often wrote poems to share with everyone about God’s love and grace for us all. While our hearts are broken, we know he rests in the arms of Our Lord and Savior and we will see him again. Husband, Brother, Daddy and Papa, we will always love you.
