Thomas Martin Seymour III

Thomas Martin Seymour III, affectionately known as Tom, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, at the age of 70, at his home in Ocala, Florida. Born on August 8, 1954, in Akron, Ohio, Tom grew into a faith-filled, adventurous, and kind man, touching the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Tom is survived by his devoted wife, Michelle Seymour, Children Leah (Tracy) Tommy (Anabel), Nicole, Sarah (Denis), David (Michelle), Brittany (Jose) Emily (Justin), 18 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, siblings, Debi (Butch) Laurina, Toni (Donald), Patty (Tim), Robert (Sheryl). For 27 magical years, Tom served as a Utility Coordinator at Disney, where his dedication and bright spirit made him not just an employee but a cherished member of the Disney family. His work was more than a job; it was a testament to his love for bringing happiness to others, a trait that defined his character. Tom's interests painted the picture of a man who embraced life with open arms and a full heart. An avid Harley Davidson enthusiast, he not only enjoyed riding but also collected Harley memorabilia with a passion matched only by his love for his 2000 Harley Road King. His adventures on the open road were sources of countless stories and memories that will continue to be told and cherished by his family and friends. A man of faith, Tom lived his life as a testament to the values he held dear. He approached each day with a kind word, a helping hand, and a heart ready to give. His adventurous spirit led him to explore, to discover, and to always look forward to the next journey, whether it was on the back of his beloved motorcycle or within the pages of a good book. Tom's kindness was felt by all who knew him. He had a natural ability to make others feel seen, heard, and valued. His presence was a source of comfort and his actions a reflection of his generous spirit. He was a beacon of light in the lives of his family, friends, and community, and his absence will be deeply felt by all. As we say goodbye to Tom, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and joy. Tom's story does not end with his passing but continues in the hearts of those he loved and the memories they carry. His was a journey of love, laughter, and the making of a beautiful legacy that will be honored for generations to come. In the quiet moments, we will hear the distant rumble of a Harley on the open road and think of Tom, riding towards his next great adventure.
