Jolly Williams-Scille

Jolly Williams-Scille, 67, was born Jolly Williams on January 30, 1953, in Manchester, Jamaica, W.I. While in Jamaica, Jolly attended school at Beaumont Comprehensive College and she went to the International Pentecostal City Mission church. She first left Jamaica and moved to Canada; shortly after she moved to New York in the early eighties and instantly connected to the International Pentecostal City Mission church community in Brooklyn, NY. She got married to Stephen Scille in September 1987 and soon after had her two daughters Shenette and Samantha. Jolly worked for over 13 years at North Shore Agency in Long Island, NY. Jolly and her family moved to FL in 2006, joined the First Assembly Church of God, and began working at Sears. She eventually continued her work with North Shore Agency remotely. Jolly loved her family, loved her church, and she was steadfast in her walk with God. She held true to her faith and was never shy to spread the gospel. Jolly was a simple but elegant person and was always willing to lend a helping hand. It was often stated that her smile could light up a room. She loved to travel and often enjoyed times when she was able to take vacations with her family. Jolly was preceded in death by her grandmother Mae Bartley and her uncle Charles Weathers.Jolly, sometimes called Joy, is survived by her husband Stephen, daughters Shenette and Samantha, mother Blossom, granddaughter Shondrea, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, step-daughters, and many friends with whom she cherished. Jolly loved life and loved her family even more. She often stated this verse from Isaiah 54:17 "No weapon formed against me shall prosper" and to the very last day of her life she always shared with her family "I love you" and "God Bless you." Jolly passed away on Sunday July 12,2020 in her home in Ocala, FL. Jolly will be missed for her spirit, kindness, beauty inside and out, strength, compassion, and care.
