Eddie Waller

Eddie Bevily Waller Sr. - 83, of Ocala Florida. went home to be with the Lord on September 28, 2017. Eddie was born on January 4, 1934 in Dublin, Georgia to George and Cilla Waller. He was married to Gayle Waller, his devoted wife of 11 years who was by his side at the time of his passing. He served his country in the United States Army for 6 years and was stationed in Korea shortly after the Armistice began. Eddie was an enthusiastic businessman and entrepreneur. He owned several businesses over the years including a car lot (Waller Motors), several theaters (indoor and drive-in), restaurants, a novelty toy and balloon business, a laminating retail and services business, and a business focused on obituary card services. Eddie had a passion for selling. Before becoming his "own boss," he worked for several car dealerships and was often the top salesman of the month. Eddie loved to watch CNN and catch up on current events. He especially enjoyed talking about business (particularly the theater business), politics, selling cars, his military career, and his life growing up in Adrian Georgia near the Ohoopee river.Eddie is survived by his children Eddie Bevily Waller Jr (son) and Hatsuko Waller (daughter-in-law), Cilla Ramia (daughter) and Peter Ramia (son-in-law), Debra Luzano (daughter), Sandra Sanders (daughter) and Tony Sanders (son-in-law), Dewey (Al) Jones (stepson), Randall Jones (stepson) and Rene' Jones (daughter-in-law), Marie Woody (daughter-in-law), Linda Shumate (stepdaughter) and Steve Shumate (son-in-law), Terry Payne (stepdaughter) and Carl Payne (son-in-law) and Kim Gaines (step daughter). Additionally, Eddie is survived by 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews. He also had a son Richard who preceded him in death. Eddie was also married twice before, to Ruth Waller (who preceded him in death) for 43 years and to Joan Waller for 8 years.Eddie was an extraordinary and charming person. He had a real knack for making friends and he never met a stranger. He was loved by everyone he touched. His wonderful presence on earth will be greatly missed by all who came to know and love him.Per his request, a funeral will not be held.
