Ute Renate Kramer Lewis (11/24/1940-06/27/2018) of Ocala, Florida, originally from Traisa bei Darmstadt, Germany, passed peacefully at West Marion Hospital on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 following a brief illness. Mrs. Lewis is survived by her husband of fifty-six years Robert Eugene Lewis, a daughter, Stephanie Christine Lewis McDaries of Dallas, Texas, a son Scott Eugene Lewis of Ocala, four grandchildren, one great-grandson, and one aunt Margarete McDermott of Alburquerque, New Mexico. Mrs. Lewis is also survived by many close relatives from Germany as well as a brother-in-law Jerry Lewis of Panama City, Florida and wife Peggy, sisters-in-law, Ann Lewis Thomas of Dunn, North Carolina and Jane Lewis of Memphis, Tennessee and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Karl and Elisabeth Joseph Kramer of Traisa bei Darmstadt, Germany. Grandchildren: Ian McDaries and wife Kelsey of Dallas, Texas Caitlin McDaries Peek and husband Jordan of Dallas, Texas Kyle MacLaren Lewis of Georgetown, Ontario, Canada Renee MacLaren Lewis of Georgetown, Ontario, Canada Great Grandson: Palmer Peek of Dallas, Texas Ute was born in Traisa bei Darmstadt, Germany on November 24, 1940.
