Eugene was born in Little Rock Arkansas on October 5, 1963 to, Connor and Linda Raye Kemp of DeWitte, AR. and passed away in home in Ocala, FL July 12, 2018. Eugene was 54 years of age. Eugene was preceded in death by his father Connor Kemp, mother Linda Raye Kemp brother James Allen Kemp all of Dunnellon, Fl. Eugene is survived by his wife of 18 years Debra L. Kemp of Ocala, sister Linda (Sue) Dinsen (Arlan) of Belleview, brother Bobby R. Kemp of Ocala, and sister Emily Kemp of Dunnellon, Fl. He left behind a beautiful daughter Jessica Lynn Kemp and two granddaughters Bailey Savanah Miller of Summerfield, a niece Lisa Marie Ehlers, a great nephew Brandan Way,great niece Brittany Way both of Dunnellon, great nephew Jayden Dinsen of Ocala, two step sons Leon Anglin and Russell Dunham both of Ocala. Eugene was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed making people laugh. He enjoyed telling jokes, fishing and life itself. His most precious part of life was spending time with his granddaughters. Eugene had suffered for a long time and has gone home to meet his savior. Even thou he is in a much better place and no more suffering, he will be greatly missed and was and still is loved so dearly.
