Betty Jean Whipple

Betty Jean Whipple 95 of Ocala Fl. passed away on April 2,2022 after a short battle with Alzheimer's disease Betty was born on March 14.1927 to Kenneth Jay Dunn and Bessie Nioma Kane Dunn in Genoa Ohio. Betty graduated from Woodville High School in 1945 On June 25, 1948 Betty married Clifford E. Whipple in Woodville Ohio. She went on to have two children Kenneth A. Whipple Sr. and Michael A. Whipple. Betty retired from Howard Johnson restaurant in 1988. She spent her time babysitting her great-grandchildren, working in her yard, and playing bingo. She loved all of these very much. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford E. Whipple, son, Michael A. Whipple, brothers, Robert, George, James, Ronald, Jack , and Richard Dunn, sisters, Alice (DeDe) Dimoff and Faye O'Connor. Betty was survived by her son, Kenneth A. Whipple Sr., his wife, Karen M Whipple; grandsons, Kenneth A. Whipple Jr., his wife, April, Jonathan C. Whipple, his wife, Nicolette, Steven Whipple, Daniel Whipple and his wife Alaina; great-grandchildren Shelby, Jaelynne, Alexandria, Taylor, Landon, Brooklyn, Elijah, Naomi, and Adley Jo Graveside service will be held at 12:00 on April 16, 2022 at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens.
