Chandra Deo “Dee” Chinapen, 57, died on Sunday, June 10th, 2018, from an acute heart attack in Ocala, Florida.
Dee was born November 19, 1960 in Georgetown, Guyana. He spent his childhood growing up in Guyana, and his adolescence in Montreal, Canada. He moved back to Guyana for a short period before emigrating to the US. He worked as a master auto mechanic, spending his lifetime fixing anything and everything.
He is survived by his wife Sattie, and two sons, Anil, and Ajay Chinapen, his mother, Doris, his sisters Monica and Devika, and his brother Vish. He is the son of the late Rudolph Chinapen
Services will be held at Roberts Funeral Home, 606 SW 2nd Avenue, Ocala, Florida, 34471. The public viewing will be on Thursday, June 14th, between 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. The religious cremation service will begin at 9a.m. on Friday, June 15th.
